The Scroll (Warning)

“ It may be that, when the house of Judah hears of all the disasters that I intend to do to them, all of them may turn from their evil ways, so that I may forgive their iniquity and their sin…Baruch wrote on a scroll at Jeremiah’s dictation all the words that the Lord had spoken to him.” – Jeremiah 36:3

The Lord has warned us over and over that if we do not “turn from our wicked ways”; we will face the consequences.

Jehoiakim burned the scroll and ignored God’s warning and suffered the consequences. Will we?

We all like to dwell on the Mercy of the Lord, but we also like to forget that God is as Just as He is Merciful.

We need to make all of our choices wisely and we need to get ready!
