God’s got us :)

There is so much happening in our world that gives us reason to worry. After all, it is our children who
will inherit this earth.

But God is still in charge and Jesus is still coming back. So please my friends, do not fear, for Heaven waits for us all!

In God We Trust 🙂

“You Say I Am Loved”…

A recent song by Lauren Daigle (You Say) is so true.  Sometimes we jump out of bed in the morning and we feel God’s presence.  We don’t think He is with us, we know!  And it feels awesome.   But sometimes, sometimes we don’t ‘”feel” anything, but God is still there.  Walking with you.  So keep praying; keep talking to Jesus and I promised that “feeling” will return.

Life is not always easy, but with God it’s always possible :)

Have you ever had that feeling that you just don’t want to get out of bed in the morning?   Perhaps you are sick like me?  Maybe there is just too much going on?  Maybe you are going to have to face something today that you just don’t want to face?

Whatever it is, we’ve all been there.  Comfy and safe under our comforter, not wanting to jump up and start the day.  That’s when God’s Message of “Do Not Fear” really matters.  With God for us, who can be against us-and prevail?  Whatever happens during the course of our day, God already knows all about it and is planning to use it to our good, and perhaps even the good of someone else.  Life is not always easy, but with God at our side, it’s always possible ?

Guilt

We all feel it. Too much.

Charles Spurgeon once said, “the Holier a man becomes, the more he mourns his unholiness “.   Personally, I have found that to be true.  The closer I grow to God, the sadder I am when I displease Him in any way.  It’s a good thing to ask our Lord for His forgiveness when we sin.  We need it.  But if we fail to forgive ourselves as well, it can be much harder to serve our Lord!

So today, let’s make that a priority, our prayer for the day.  Jesus forgave us.  Our Father forgave us.  Let’s ask the Holy Spirit to help us forgive ourselves so that we might better serve our Lord.
