Keeping Our Hearts Soft

One really important part of keeping our faith strong, is keeping our hearts soft. One way to do that is to ask God to keep our hearts soft for us. Another way is to watch videos such as the one above.

Another way is to choose the movies and TV we watch wisely. Is what we choose helping to keep our hearts soft or hardening them? Does it have good values and good endings? Do we like the roles the people play in it and want to be like them?

Ever heard the saying, “garbage in, garbage out”? If we put “garbage” in our hearts, that’s what we will be. However, if we fill our hearts with God and the very best that people can be, than we will be that as well.
