Today is the 25th anniversary of September 11, a day we remember. A day we all, as one nation under God, cried out to the Lord to help us. To save us. To comfort us.
And God did.
But how quickly we have forgotten, as a nation, how important God is to all of us. How quickly our gratitude has turned to apostasy.
As we remember all those who died and the selfless courage of those who ran in to help, let us also remember how important God was to each of us on that day. And how important God is today.
It is God that united us as a nation once again. Just as it was God who we all turned to, as one nation under God, for help on that terrible, tragic day.
