We Need Not Be Separated From God!

“Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:”-Isaiah 59:1

How comforting this verse is! No matter how difficult the times we live in become, God will Save us πŸ™‚

Isaiah 59:2 goes on to say:

But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.”

While our sins may indeed separate us from God, Jesus has made a way for us to be forgiven and repent.

We need not be separated from God. It’s our choice, given to us by God Himself πŸ™‚

Prepare, Pray & Be Ready πŸ™‚

God Is Always Fair!

β€œYet the children of your people say, β€˜The way of the Lord is not fair.’ But it is their way which is not fair! 18 When the righteous turns from his righteousness and commits iniquity, he shall die because of it. 19 But when the wicked turns from his wickedness and does what is lawful and right, he shall live because of it. 20 Yet you say, β€˜The way of the Lord is not fair.’ O house of Israel, I will judge every one of you according to his own ways.”- Ezekiel 33:17-20

God is always Fair. There are many who will cry out against God’s Justice, but we each had a chance to make our own choices, and we made them. Some made Godly choices and some did not. But we have each been free to make our own choices. And the consequences for those choices will be Fair, for God is always Fair!

The Bible clearly tells us what our “Roadmap” should be for this life. And the Bible clearly defines which behaviors are righteous and which are not. And as if that were not enough, the Holy Spirit is with us and tells us as well!

And not only does the Holy Spirit tell us; the Holy Spirit Helps us! πŸ™‚

So please, ask Jesus to be your Savior today! Let the Holy Spirit Help you. And start your walk on the Bridge Jesus Built Home πŸ™‚

Accept Jesus As Savior & Repent While There Is Still Time!

“But Omri wrought evil in the eyes of the Lord, and did worse than all that were before him. For he walked in all the way of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and in his sin wherewith he made Israel to sin, to provoke the Lord God of Israel to anger with their vanities.” – 1 Kings 16: 25-26

There is no doubt there there are some who are “provoking” God’s people to sin. While Jesus made a bridge for us to be reunited with God, a path if you will, that doesn’t mean that we can sin with impunity!

For our transgressions are multiplied before thee, and our sins testify against us: for our transgressions are with us; and as for our iniquities, we know them;”-Isaiah 59:12

It is true that with accepting Jesus as our Savior and true repentance, we are forgiven for our sins. In fact, they are as far as the “east is from the west”. However, notice that forgiveness requires that we accept Jesus as our Savior and that true forgiveness also requires true repentance.

So please, accept Jesus as your Savior today and truly repent while there is still time!

For we know not ” the day or the hour” of Jesus’ Return!

Although Sin May Appear To Be Rewarded, This Is Only Temporary!

“If your hand or foot causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you. It is better for you to enter into life lame or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet, to be cast into the everlasting fire.” Matthew 18:8

A time is coming when sin will appear to be greatly rewarded and service to God will be greatly persecuted. In some ways, this is already here. But the persecution of those who truly follow Jesus will get much, much worse!

“Remember the word that I said to you: β€˜A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you. If they kept my word, they will also keep yours.” – John 15:20

The time that is coming is not like anything we have ever seen in our lifetime. Even in World War II, as much suffering as there was, Faith was praised and doing right was rewarded.

However, the time that is coming will not be like that. Christians will be greatly persecuted and sinners will appear temporarily rewarded.

However, the sinner’s reward IS temporary!

For when our Lord rewards His people, His reward will last for for all eternity.

During these difficult days, we will need to keep our eyes focused on the Lord, and only the Lord, for God will still answer the prayers of His people πŸ™‚

And no matter what happens. No matter how we feel! We need to Keep Praying!

Jesus IS coming πŸ™‚

Don’t Limit God In What He Can Do For His Will And Purpose For You :)

A great friend of mine sent this, just had to share πŸ™‚

“In the piece of our Creator’s infinite universe we can see at this time, there are something like 2 trillion galaxies. Each galaxy is around the size of the Milky Way, some larger or smaller, which has 400 billion stars. It takes light over 100,000 years to cross a galaxy.”

“Don’t limit God in what He can do for His Will and Purpose for you. Amen. β€œ

Warning: Sin Does Separate Us From God

“Behold, theΒ Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.”Isaiah 59:1-2

Our Father can always save us! There is nothing on this earth that is as powerful as God and He loves us. We can trust in that πŸ™‚

But sin does separate us from God and that is why repentance is so important. When we ask our Father to forgive us in Jesus’ Name and change our behavior, than God is no longer separated from us πŸ™‚

More difficult days are coming. During them, the last thing we will want is to be separated from God in any way! Fortunately, we can repent every single day:).

God loves us and no matter what occurs in our world, God will hear the prayers of His people πŸ™‚

Warning: The Story of Baasha

“Forasmuch as I exalted thee out of the dust, and made thee prince over my people Israel; and thou hast walked in the way of Jeroboam, and hast made my people Israel to sin, to provoke me to anger with their sins; Behold, I will take away the posterity of Baasha, and the posterity of his house; and will make thy house like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat.”-1 Kings 16:3

So who was Baasha? It has been written that Baasha was a king in the late 800s BC. He came to power by murdering the previous king. He was an evil man and was at war most of the time and lost much territory. Jehu the Prophet prophesied the downfall of his “dynasty” and it has been written that Baasha’s son Elah was assassinated and his “dynasty” did fall.

Baasha sinned in many ways, but perhaps the sin that angered God the most was that he “made my people of Israel to sin”.

Many in America have also committed many grievous sins without repenting! One has only to look at the recent headlines to see that! And in our country, we all know what is happening with the current presidential election. Will we even have a free and fair election?

While no man (or women) can make us sin, they can sure encourage it and make it very difficult for all those who choose not to. And how many times have we seen Christians persecuted in this country for following God’s Will? But God is stronger than all of those who want us to join them in committing these grievous sins! We have only to turn to Jesus and ask for His Help, and He Will Help Us!

Last note. Those who would destroy American had best read the story of Bassha and remember that God is NOT limited. Just because a story is in the Old Testament, does not mean that it can not happen today!

We don’t have to fall into sin and stop following God, it’s our choice, given to us by God Himself.

Thy Will Be Done!

“After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.”Jesus, Matthew 6:9-13

How thankful I am that Jesus gave us these words to pray to our Father :). And the words “thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven” may be the ones we need to focus on most right now. For in Heaven there is no sin, there is only God’s Will. And is that not what we need right now?

In Heaven, there is only Love, Peace and Joy. Could we not use a little of that right now? In Heaven there are wonderful hugs, friendships and God’s Will is always done. Because God knows us and loves us best :).

Call Out To Jesus!

While praying the Rosary, I saw water that had come up on the siding of the houses and people swimming in the waters and I knew a flood had come. I heard “this is not your house, it is somewhere else in the future. Pray for them.”

And then I heard, that “even if someone cries out for Jesus at the last second, they will be Saved”. And “all children will be Saved”.

An Inconvenient Truth!

A good friend wrote this. It was so good; I just have to share πŸ™‚

“God’s Word shares with you that Jesus said, “I AM the Way, and the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also.”(John 14:6)

Know that we come to the final attribute of God to be covered in our brief examination of His Character. Jesus equates Himself with ” the Truth” and since Christ IS Lord over all, we understand that Truth IS fundamental to His Divine Nature.

Scripture repeatedly teaches the sanctity of truth. The evil one is called a “liar” and the “father of lies”, showing you that the opposite of what IS True is not holy. Truth is described as the sum of your Creator’s Word, and reminds us of how the Lord draws near only to those who call upon Him in truth. Jesus tells us it is better not to swear an oath at all if you have no intent to keep it. Truth IS not only to be believed in but also an action to be performed. Truly, it IS SO easy to falsely claim to know the truth but not live it out.

Truth IS also something that you do, and we are not faithful to the Lord if we are not concerned to walk in His True Way. This does not mean that we are perfect in obedience, but it DOES mean that you repent whenever you find yourself living contrary to His Standards.

Truth IS that which conforms to reality. Though we may not accurately perceive or understand the Real Truth at times, the same does NOT apply to the Almighty. Therefore, truth IS that which conforms to be real as it is perceived by God. He knows ALL things, and SO we can trust anything He reveals to you in Scripture, through His Holy Spirit. Truth IS not defined by your own standards – it IS determined by the Source of Truth Himself.

Truth IS like a mirror – it reflects exactly what it sees. Sometimes it is inconvenient because the reflection is not what you want to see. Your Heavenly Father crosses your path with those whom become a mirror for you. They become that reflection for you to be able to see yourself. Then, it IS up to you if what you are looking at is acceptable or not. Either way, an action IS needed to be performed. That is your personal choice – not anyone else. Thank God that He IS there ALWAYS to help you – on the Way, and the Truth, and the Life.

My thoughts and prayers are that you seek God’s Truth. That when your reflection is inconvenient, that your action IS to seek His Face – to accept Jesus and His Blood that was shed for you. That you walk in His True Way, now and forever. In Jesus’ Name. Thy Will be done. Amen. Peace.”
