“And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.” – Revelation 21:23

The Path to Heaven is not always an easy one, but it is one we keep walking, together. There are all kinds of prayers that help us on our way. One is to close our eyes when the Path becomes difficult, picture Our Father on one side holding our hand and Jesus on the other side holding our other hand. And simply say “Help In Jesus Name” and “Thank You”:). It’s amazing how that can restore our souls 🙂

There is something else that God created on our earth that can encourage us. The Sunrise and Sunset. We read a lot of the Golden Light that fills Heaven. The Light of the Sunrise and Sunset are also Golden, created by God Himself. A Glimmer of what is to come 🙂

We can take a few moments, wherever we are, and focus on that Light, say Thank You, and be reminded that, at the end of the day, we will be enfolded in that Light forever 🙂

“He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.” – Revelation 21:4

There are so many reasons I can’t wait to go to Heaven, not the least of which is that we get to be with God and those we love and because it is so wonderful!

But one of the reasons I can’t wait to go to Heaven is that our struggle will be forever – done!

There will be no more temptation, no more sin, no more shame… We just get to be with God and filled with Joy for all eternity.

There will be no more sickness, no more pain, no more struggle to support our families…

There will be no more struggle to find as much time as we need for prayer, no more struggles to be a good friend in the face of the business of our lives, no more struggle to make decisions, and no more fear and worry…

Every burden will be lifted forever!

We will, finally, be Home in Heaven for good. For all eternity.

Thank You Jesus for rescuing us!

“And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them, And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.” -Matthew 18:2-3

The Serpent has not changed since Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden. He is still the same evil and sneaky creature. He still lies, and lies well. He whispers doubts in our mind. Doubts, that if we allow them, can cause us to allow our Faith to weaken or loose our Faith completely . But without Faith it is impossible to please God. The Devil knows this.

He also lies in an incredibly believable way. For example, the devil, our accusor, will try to convince us that we are just not good enough. Sometimes, the devil will whisper small thoughts in our mind, such as we are not beautiful enough, smart enough or strong enough. The devil may whisper that if God was so great, He would make our path easier, He would heal us of all of our sickness or pain or that He would provide us with a better job, a better home, a better car…

Once the devil convinces us of small things, it will become even easier to convince us of big things like God doesn’t really love us!

But here is the great news! We do not have to listen to the devil.

Instead we can listen to God! Who tells us how much He loves us. For after all, “ We love because he first loved us”. Who tells us “He has prepared a place for us”. Who tells us that we are “fearfully and wonderfully made”.

Heaven is waiting for us. Choose Jesus. He truly came to Save us, build a Bridge and bring us Home 🙂

I don’t know if you have had the same experience I’ve had. But so often I lay my troubles down and I know Jesus will take care of them. And yet, even knowing this, I somehow pick them up again!

But in Heaven, we will finally get to lay down ALL of our troubles forever! There will be “no more pain”, no more worries and no more suffering…

There will be Rainbows and Light, Waterfalls and Beauty beyond our imagination. Hugs and smiles, laughter and friends…

For all eternity, we will let go of all of our burdens & be filled with Joy 🙂

“ There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. “- 1 John 4:18

The Garden of Eden is filled with a “wonderland of color and life”. And it’s filled with so many people, animals and flowers…Mountains and river …:)

But one thing that is not in Heaven, is Fear. There is no room for Fear in such Perfect Love.

I have to admit, I was one of those people who was always afraid and worried about everything. I just did it all anyway.

So I can’t wait to be in Heaven. To know absolutely no Fear! What a Gift! 🙂

To lay down with the Lions and know no Fear 🙂 How amazingly wonderful 🙂

Thank You Jesus!

No one loves us like God does. So completely, and for always. God loves us when we are faithful and when we are not. And God loves us through all of the good times and bad. Just as He loves us when we love Him and when we do not.

We have all seen something beautiful on earth or in the skies above us, but this is nothing compared to the radiant beauty of Heaven.

For example, there are so many stunning colors in Heaven. Colors that are not on earth that we will need Heavenly eyes to see them all.

The Garden of Heaven will be filled with exquisite flowers. Flowers that are so much more beautiful than anything we can imagine! And flowers that have a fragrance that fill the air with a scent that is astonishing! If we were on earth we might almost be overwhelmed with the incredible beauty of it all, but in Heaven we are not. Our hearts and souls are just filled with Joy!

And an amazement that we are finally Home in Heaven for all eternity 🙂

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” – Hebrews 11:1

“Faith is the substance” of things I hope to see”. What a comforting verse :). We know that Heaven awaits us, but we have not seen Heaven and so it is the “evidence of things not seen”.

Heaven is the most incredible, amazing and beautiful place that we are going to live in for all eternity, that we have not seen.

But just because we can’t see Heaven, that does not mean it is not there, it’s just on the other side 🙂

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” – John 3:16

So many of us fear death, but death is just a doorway to Heaven. A place so wonderful, it’s almost hard for us to picture! But one thing we need to always remember: We are only in the Garden of Eden because Jesus’s Great Sacrifice built us a bridge.

In other words, We only get to Heaven, because we have accepted Jesus as our Savior. Truly accepted Jesus.

Heaven (The Garden of Eden) will have mountains and rivers, hill and valleys, grass and fields :). And it will have animals of all kinds. The “lion will lay down with the lamb, and so will we 🙂

Heaven will be filled with joy and peace for all of us! And we will have more fun than we ever thought possible :).

“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” – Genesis 1:1

“Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.  And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness.  God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. So the evening and the morning were the first day.” – Genesis 1:3-4

“So God created great sea creatures and every living thing that moves, with which the waters abounded, according to their kind, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.” – Genesis 1:21

When God spoke there was light :). “A warm golden glow”. Think of the light of the sun rise, that too is a “warm golden glow”. A bit of light to hold onto 🙂

Then God created the mountains and the oceans, the trees and the flowers 🙂

And then God created all of the animals. Suddenly there were fish, dolphins leaping, wales…There were birds filling the air with their song. There were lions, rabbits, squirrels, horses, monkeys… 🙂

So the pets we love so will be there too 🙂

All joining together to create a world that “was alive with color, sound and movement”.

And God saw that it was good 🙂

And this is the Heaven we are returning to forever. The Garden of Eden 🙂

There will be no more fear, no more pain…No more missing those we love! No more temptation. No more sin. No more dieting. No more feeling hungry. No more poverty. No more sickness. No more war. No more violence. No more peer-pressure. No more hesitation. No more suffering...
