Jesus!

Sometimes, because I think of Jesus as my best friend, the one that I can tell anything and everything to, I forget that He is indeed God.

Holy, Holy, Holy is He šŸ™‚ There is nothing He can not do. And in this world in which we live, where trouble abounds both at home and far off, it is a great comfort that we know He can do all things. And that He loves us šŸ™‚

Nothing happens on this earth that God does not know and that God does not allow. God has always given us a choice. We can choose to Follow Jesus – or not. We can choose good or evil. That’s what Freedom is. And it is that Freedom that God give us – always.

But remember, just as in anything else, there will be consequences for our choices. Choose wisely…

May The Lord Bless You :)

“TheĀ LordĀ bless you andĀ keep you;
theĀ LordĀ make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you;
theĀ LordĀ lift up his countenanceĀ upon you and give you peace.” – Numbers 6:24-26

No matter how difficult the days ahead, the Lord will Bless those who follow Him.

I remember when I was young and I was so sick. It seemed that I had illness after illness and I wondered at times why God didn’t simply make me better. But as I got older and could look back; I realized that God gave me so much more in other ways. Important ways. Special ways.

And if we face difficult times, no matter what they are, if we look for them, God’s Gifts will be there!

God’s Grace

“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.ā€ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.” – 2 Corinthians 12:9

What is God’s Grace. It is so many things, for God loves us and He will always be with us! No matter what!

One thing that God’s Grace is, is the difference between our personal best and the person God created us to be.

It’s the difference between our ability to love and to forgive, and the kind of love and forgiveness God created us to give others.

It’s the difference between our own courage and strength and the courage and strength God created us to have.

And I thank God every single day that He gives us His Grace and that He loves us so šŸ™‚

Should We Wear The Cross?

“fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God;
I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” – Isaiah 41:10

Because of Jesus’s Great Sacrifice and Love for us, not only do we get to go to Heaven when our time on earth is done, Jesus also created a Bridge, so that we can be with God right now.

Charlie Kirk died for his faith in Jesus and became a Martyr. His faith in Jesus was absolute and his courage knew no boundaries. If we wish to honor his death, than we must honor his life.

One way is to encourage each other by wearing a Cross

One way to honor Jesus is to wear a Cross.

If we want to truly honor Charlie’s life, we need to truly follow Jesus and have the courage to share our faith.

And if we wish to honor Jesus, we need find our courage and do so.

The Brokenhearted!

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:  Not of works, lest any man should boast.”-Ephesians 2:8-9

One thing we don’t do as Christians when a tragedy happens like the murder of Charlie Kirk, is we don’t strike back. We love.

We may get angry, even really angry, but loving our enemies is what makes us different.

To love our enemies can be really difficult, but it is what Jesus requires. To watch our enemies take advantage of this can be really difficult, but God is always fair and Justice will prevail.

Please pray for Charlie’s family and Charlie’s killer’s family.

It has been reported that Charlie’s killer was arrested after his parents confronted him and turned him over to the police through a minister. If that is true, how heartbreaking for them.

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” – Psalm 34:18

Charlie Kirk: A Martyr For Jesus

There can be no doubt that Charlie led people to Christ. Just as there can be no doubt that this Bible Verse truly applies to him:

“His master said to him, ā€˜Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’” – Matthew 25:23

A Martyr for Jesus, he will be so welcomed and celebrated in Heaven.

Please pray for his family and all of those who loved him.

And please pray for our nation, for sadly, we will pay the price…

Please God, Don’t Waste The Pain!

”Ā I have said these things to you, thatĀ in me you may have peace.Ā In the world you will haveĀ tribulation. ButĀ take heart;Ā I have overcome the world.ā€- John 16:33

Sometimes life can become downright painful. So painful that it can cause us to be actually physically ill. So painful that it can make us hyperventilate with pain. In fact, Jesus said that in this life we will have troubles. But Jesus does walk with us especially close during these times, He will even carry us if we need.

A good prayer to pray during times like these is that we can pray that God will not waste the pain. That our Lord will use it to help us become all that He wants us to be. All that we want to be. For remember, we are “in the Hands of the Potter” šŸ™‚
