We live in a very difficult time and our time persecution is coming! We can no longer afford to be divided. And whether we are Republican or Democrat – it doesn’t matter. Whether it we are Evangelical, Methodist, Baptist or Catholic – does not matter…And it does not matther if someone is attending a church.

What matters is have we been reborn in the Holy Spirit? Are we truly following Jesus? Are we living as God’s Word has taught us? These are the only things that matter. And under this banner, we must unite!

And Let Hope Rise!

“Be still and know that I am God” -Psalm 46:10

Sometimes bad things happen, but we all have a hole in our heart. A hole that we often try to fill by sucess, by our love for our family and their love for us. And sadly, some turn to alcohol or drugs. But this “hole” can never be filled by anyone but Jesus.

The sadness. The sense of something missing. When we are let down by someone we love or something really difficult happens in our life, its only Jesus who will never let us down.

It’s only Jesus that loves us with a love so unconditional we will always be completely satisfied. And it is only Jesus that walks with us through every single storm that life on earth sends us.

Jesus will fill that hole of pain or fear with peace and joy, but we have to ask Him too! We need to make that turn away from all that is happening on this earth to Him. And when we make that turn, all that is happening on this earth will simply fall away…

And in its place will be Christ’s Love, Joy and Peace.

 “but as he who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, ¹⁶ since it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.” – 1 Peter 1: 15-16

Oh God you are Holy. By Your very nature, You are Holy. And I follow You and seek to seve You, always. In Jesus’s Name Amen!

But what is Holiness? Have we stopped our pursuit of Holiness? One definition of Holiness says we are “set apart from the common or sinful” by God “To be totally dedicated to God”.

Does the majority in our country truly seek to be Holy? To first and foremost serve our Lord Jesus Christ?

And if that is not our first and foremost goal, should it be?

Sometimes, because I think of Jesus as my best friend, the one that I can tell anything and everything to, I forget that He is indeed God.

Holy, Holy, Holy is He 🙂 There is nothing He can not do. And in this world in which we live, where trouble abounds both at home and far off, it is a great comfort that we know He can do all things. And that He loves us 🙂

Nothing happens on this earth that God does not know and that God does not allow. God has always given us a choice. We can choose to Follow Jesus – or not. We can choose good or evil. That’s what Freedom is. And it is that Freedom that God give us – always.

But remember, just as in anything else, there will be consequences for our choices. Choose wisely…

the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.” – Numbers 6:24-26

No matter how difficult the days ahead, the Lord will Bless those who follow Him.

I remember when I was young and I was so sick. It seemed that I had illness after illness and I wondered at times why God didn’t simply make me better. But as I got older and could look back; I realized that God gave me so much more in other ways. Important ways. Special ways.

And if we face difficult times, no matter what they are, if we look for them, God’s Gifts will be there!

Not long ago, a friend asked me if I would share a bit about my life. I’ve never been one to share a lot of my personal life, but after much prayer, here’s a bit of it.

“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.” – 2 Corinthians 12:9

What is God’s Grace. It is so many things, for God loves us and He will always be with us! No matter what!

One thing that God’s Grace is, is the difference between our personal best and the person God created us to be.

It’s the difference between our ability to love and to forgive, and the kind of love and forgiveness God created us to give others.

It’s the difference between our own courage and strength and the courage and strength God created us to have.

And I thank God every single day that He gives us His Grace and that He loves us so 🙂

I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” – Isaiah 41:10

Because of Jesus’s Great Sacrifice and Love for us, not only do we get to go to Heaven when our time on earth is done, Jesus also created a Bridge, so that we can be with God right now.

Charlie Kirk died for his faith in Jesus and became a Martyr. His faith in Jesus was absolute and his courage knew no boundaries. If we wish to honor his death, than we must honor his life.

One way is to encourage each other by wearing a Cross

One way to honor Jesus is to wear a Cross.

If we want to truly honor Charlie’s life, we need to truly follow Jesus and have the courage to share our faith.

And if we wish to honor Jesus, we need find our courage and do so.
