God Gives Mercy, But God Also Requires Obedience!

“The Supreme Court building has a number of places where there are images of Moses and the Ten Commandments.” And yet our country has removed them from many courts!

“Moses is included among the great lawgiver in Herman MacNeil’s marble sculpture group on the east front.” And yet, our nation seems to have forgotten this!

“As you enter the Supreme Court, the two huge dorrs have the Ten Commandments engraved on each lower portion of each door and there is a display of the Ten Commandments also engraved over the chair of the Chief Justice.”

Many wish that God only gave Mercy. But God is also Just and requires Obedience. Something many Christians seem to have forgotten.
