Mary – Jesus’ Mother Warned Us About Russia!

“she (Mary, Jesus’ Mother) warned that World War I would be followed by a far worse conflict unless people stopped “offending God.” She called for the “consecration of Russia to my immaculate heart”; otherwise, Russia would “spread her errors throughout the world.” -Inquirer.com

The Consecration of Russia was one of the things that Mary asked of the children of Fatima. But in a number of writings , some say the Consecration of Russia was done, some say the Consecration of Russia was not done and some say that it was done too late!

Mary (Jesus’ Mother) said that if people did not stop “offending God”, WWl would be followed by a “far worse conflict”.  And we know that the world did not really listen, as they are not now, because not long after came WWII.

Mary (Jesus’ Mother) also shared with us that if Russia were not Consecrated to her Immaculate Heart, “Russia would “spread her errors though out the world”

And Russia has indeed continued to spread its’ “errors through out the world”.

Will the Ukraine be one of them?

How Much Does It Really Matter Which Exact Day Jesus Returns?

“From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days. 12 Blessed is the one who waits for and reaches the end of the 1,335 days.”-Daniel 12:10

When are the end times coming?  How many days until Christ returns? How many hours are in God’s day? Does this “sign” mean Jesus is almost here?  When will we be raptured?

How many times have we all heard these questions asked or asked them ourselves? It almost sounds like when we were children on a car trip and we repeatedly asked our parents, “when will we be there?”

But how much does it really matter which exact day Jesus returns?  At least as far as what we should do each day…

Jesus commanded us to do two things Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.  This is the first and greatest commandment.  And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.” – Matthew 22:37-39

A friend shared with me, “Live as if Christ died yesterday, rose this morning and is coming back today.”

If each one of us lived like that, how much would it change our world?  How much would it change us?

Should We Live As Early Christians?

There has been much debate on “when” Daniel 12 occurs, so be assured – it’s in the future.  Between Daniel and Revelations, it’s clear that those days will not be easy ones, especially for those who follow Christ.  But there will be a few things we can do to make them a bit easier:

We will need to pray like we breathe!  All the time ?

We will need to truly Trust God ?

And we will need to remember just how powerful God is and that He Loves us.  After all, God created the world in which we live:  the sun, the moon and stars, the seas, the mountains and us. He can definitely take care of us! ?

We will need to actively work on focusing on God, all the time.

We will need to love God and love one another and not allow our hearts to grow cold no matter how harshly we are treated. ?.

And we will need to live as the early Christians did-supporting one another ?

So how did the early Christians live?  Together.  They helped one another.  They worked together to feed everyone.  They often combined their finances to care for each other.  Sometimes they lived in hiding, but they always reached out to others when Jesus led them too.  They were focused on one thing-Jesus.

It was a frightening time, but they did not hesitate to serve our Lord.  The cost for some was their life, but they gave it joyfully.  It was a time when hate could have easily taken over, but they did not let it!  Instead, they continued to Love their Lord and their neighbor.  Early Christians took care of each other both spiritually and practically.

So why wait?  We can start today ?

Warnings Are A Kindness Born Out Of Love!

There are all kinds of warnings. There are the warnings we give as parents. “Don’t touch that, it’s hot.” “Don’t cross the street, without looking both ways for a car”. Don’t go out without a coat and mittens, you will be cold”. Because we love our children; we give them all kinds of warnings.

And that is what God does. He loves us so much! He wants us to be well, happy and safe. And so when He sees that we are headed for a fall; He warns us of the consequences of that fall-just as we warn our children.

But He is always with us and He always loves us. Just as we love our child, when they refuse to listen to us and hurt themselves! Our hearts hurt for our child when they hurt themselves, and we are there to comfort them. But no matter how much we love our children, they are sometimes going to hurt themselves and all we can do is comfort them and love them. As much as we love them, if they don’t listen, they are sometimes going to face the consequences for their actions.

The same if true of our Father. He warns us. One reason He gave us the Holy Bible is so that we would know the very best way to live. And He gave it to us so we could avoid facing the consequences of refusing to listen.

Sometimes we listen. Sometimes we don’t. And when we don’t, we may face the consequences. But God will always love us and be with us, always and forever. 🙂

In The Valley

A friend sent me this, it was so good just had to share 🙂

“Sometimes life seems hard to bear, full of sorrow, trouble and heartache. Remember, that it’s in the valleys that you grow closer to your Heavenly Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. If you always stayed on the mountain top, and never experience pain, you would never appreciate God’s Infinite Love for you and would be living without reaching out for His Healing Power and Touch, His Courage and Strength, His Mercy and Grace, His Compassion and Caring, His Love, Joy, and Peace.

There is SO much to learn, although your growth may seem sometimes like crawling, and you feel like you need the mountain tops, but it’s in the valleys that you truly grow. No doubt, it’s hard to understand why things happen on earth the way they seem to us and the ones we care for. Be VERY sure and trust the One thing, that your Lord will ALWAYS see you through.

When you picture Christ on the cross, your little valleys are really nothing to compare. Jesus went through the valley of death and His Victory was for you personally and the evil one’s loss. One should ask our Lord to forgive us for ever complaining about anything. We should ask Him when we are feeling SO down, to just give us a gentle reminder, that it’s in the valleys that we grow. Ask Him to to use your life every day to share His Love and Peace with others. Ask Him to provide His Direction to help other of His Children to find their way, to increase His Kingdom. Thank Him for the mountain tops, even for the valleys, for ALL things, large and small, for His Glory and Honor.

My thoughts and prayers are that you continue to grow closer to our Lord. That when it just seems impossible to keep going on sometimes, remember that Jesus Christ has NOT EVER given up on you! He even helps you with your prayers to His Father! He IS Good like that! In Jesus’ Name. Thy Will be done. Amen. Peace.”

Some Will Fall…

And some of them of understanding shall fall, to try them, and to purge, and to make them white, even to the time of the end: because it is yet for a time appointed.”-Daniel 11:35

Some of those who understand and share God’s Truth will fall. Not to sin, but to circumstance. Already there are preachers in Canada who have been arrested for opening their churches. And Canada recently passed a law that is troubling to many Pastors. Some feel it will be used to try to stop them from Preaching God’s Truth. It also carries a 5 year jail sentence. Bill C-4:

‘The law, which took effect only days ago, prompted an initiative by Liberty Coalition Canada that was promoted by prominent Los Angeles Christian leader John MacArthur – and more than 4,000 Christian pastors publicly protested the law, according to Fox News.”-WND

Christians are already persecuted all over the world. Some physically, some emotionally and some financially. We need to give that suffering to Christ, for our suffering as Christians is not in vain!

Whatever price we pay now or in the future, it is nothing compared to the rewards that will come with going to Heaven forever. Do not fear, God will give us the courage and strength we need. For God is with us always 🙂

Jesus’ Rod Is Coming!

Ever hear that old saying, “spare the rod, spoil the child”?  In the “old” days, it meant that if children were not disciplined, they could become spoiled.

Jesus is our Shepherd and He loves us, but sadly many have become spoiled.  Thinking they can do whatever they wish, they have repeatedly insulted God.  They are ungrateful for Christ’s great sacrifice on their behalf.  They have forgotten that love is a two-way street.  God loves us and we also need to love and obey God.

For many years, Jesus has guided us with His Staff.  But many of us have not listened.  Mary appeared at least twice to warn us, but still we did not listen!

In Jeremiah 50:6, it says: “My people have been lost sheep; their shepherds have led them astray and caused them to roam on the mountains.  They wandered over mountain and hill and forgot their own resting place.”

Sounds a lot like today.

In Christ’s Mercy, He has used His staff to guide us. But many have not listened and have not obeyed.

Watch, Prepare and Pray. And remember that the Rod belongs to Christ-not to us…Just as the Battle belongs to God, not us 🙂

And lastly remember: “That ye may be the children of your. Father which is in heaven: for he maketh. his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.” – Matthew 5:45

Whether life is easy or hard, God is still the answer. God loves us and will still answer our prayers and Jesus is still the bridge ?

Who Wins When We Are Divided?

Not Jesus and not us!

Jesus loves us all.  He doesn’t care what color we are or what political party we belong to.  He doesn’t care if we are well or sick.  And He doesn’t care which country  we live in or what neighborhood.  He loves us all and He commands us to love God and love each other.  Not a lot to request considering all He has done for us ?

But the world is not looking very loving these days.  Sure, there are pockets where love is the top priority, but they are few and it doesn’t have to be that way!

We can reach out to one another and love each other well, regardless of our differences.

We stop focusing on the media and the government.

Instead, we need to focus our hearts on God.  We need to focus our efforts on loving each other as Jesus loves us.  And we need to ask the Holy Spirit to help us love like Jesus.

Because remember, Jesus loves everyone and we need to do the same.  We can’t just love the people who look like us or who agree with us.   We need to love every single person no matter how they look or whether we agree with them.

Difficult?  Sometimes.  But as they say, “anything worthwhile in life is ”.

With God’s Help, we can do this! God created us and made us capable of loving Him and loving each other.  Jesus came to Save us.  And the Holy Spirit is here to Help us.  Surely, we can love God and others!

Reach out and be kind to someone today ?

Suffering For Being A Christian!

“Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery trial that has come upon you, as though something strange were happening to you.  But rejoice that you share in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed at the revelation of His glory. If you are insulted for the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you. Indeed, none of you should suffer as a murderer or thief or wrongdoer, or even as a meddler.  But if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but glorify God that you bear that name. For it is time for judgment to begin with the family of God; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who disobey the gospel of God? If it is hard for the righteous to be saved, what will become of the ungodly and the sinner? ” – 1 Peter 4:12-18

A preacher preached on these very verses years ago. And looking around our world today; there does seem to be great Truth in them, Truth that applies to our lives today.

Many of our current governments and cultures, not to mention people, do attack those who follow God’s Word. Sometimes Christians are hurt emotionally, sometimes physically and sometimes financially. The list is long…

But the great encouragement from God’s Word above comforts us, because it tells us that our suffering is not in vain! When we suffer for being Christian, it matters! It counts! And even better, it counts with the one who matters the most-God Himself!

So take Heart. We will not be the first to suffer and we won’t be the last. But our suffering will count with the one who matters most – Our Lord 🙂
