Asking Mary To Pray For Us!

There are many who feel we should not ask Mary to pray for us. There are many who feel that we should. My Pastor in Ohio used to say, “In essentials, unity; in non-essentials, liberty; in all things, charity”. This quote has been attributed to (Saint) Augustine of Hippo.

I ask Mary to pray for me every day. I ask her to pray for me because I know that she loves me and that she is very close to Jesus. After all, she is His mother and Jesus loves her very much :). And so, it only makes sense to me, that Jesus would listen to her even more, because she is His mother :).

Mary always points to her Son and she has taught me so much about Jesus. And I am so grateful. For not only do I feel Mary enriches my faith in Christ; I know just how much she loves me 🙂

The first part of the Hail Mary comes straight from the Bible (see Luke 1:28) (The word Grace appears in the Greek Translation)

And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.”-Luke 1:28

The next part also comes from the Bible:

Then she spoke out with a loud voice and said, “Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb!”- Luke 1:42

The last part of the Hail Mary reads:

“Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us snners, now and at the hour of our death.”

Who wouldn’t want Mary to pray for them at the hour of their death?

But perhaps what we should remember most of all is the beginning of Revelation in the Letters to the Churches. One strikingly clear message comes from the Letters to the Churches: no church does everything right! There will be churches and people who ask Mary to pray for them, and there will be those who do not.

For me, Mary enriches my faith, provides for me a great example and prays for me because she loves me. I am so grateful to Mary and wouldn’t miss her presence in my life for the world!

Heaven & Prayer

While Praying the Rosary, I saw a bit of Heaven 🙂

There is a white Cross in bright light up on the top of the hill. The entire hill is covered in light. The hill floor itself is covered in the greenest grass I ever saw. A thick carpet of grass. There is no pain there. And there is no fatigue. And as I knelt with Mary to pray, I saw that the hill had people kneeling in prayer to Jesus all over the hill. And I saw others that I know were definitely still alive on earth praying there as well.

Difficult times are coming, ask Jesus how to go there to rest and to pray.

Mary, our Blessed Mother Gives Us So Many Gifts :)

Thank You!

God does indeed give us the Gift of Wisdom and Knowledge, and Mary often gives us the courage and confidence to share it :). God often gives us the Gift of Courage, and Mary often comforts us in our fears. And when we are in pain or in a panic, Mary can sooth our pain and anxiety. God loves us and so does Mary 🙂

There are many that miss out when they do not ask Mary to pray for them! For Mary always points the way to Her Son and She always Prays for us!.

Which Future Will We Choose?

While Praying The Rosary!

In Mary’s appearance in Ecuador, Mary said “But when evil finally seems to triumph over all, when all seems lost, Complete Restoration of the Church will begin and the Church will finally reawaken.”. Her appearance is often referred to as Our Lady of Good Success.

Mary’s words bring Hope for all those who have truly accepted Christ as their Savior. But although the” Restoration of the Church” will begin, we will have to choose to continue on the path too Jesus and we will need to do the work!

For if we do not, we may, indeed, find ourselves facing the Time of the End, for as Mary said at Fatima, ” ‘Do not offend the Lord our God any more, for He is already too much offended!’ “. And that was before our current state of affairs!

For make no mistake, the Time of the End is about God’s Justice.

“Be Born In Me”

Thank You!

Christmas, in a sense, began with Mary’s Yes. We often forget just how young Mary was. Just a girl. How overwhelmed She must have been! I can’t even imagine how filled with love Her Heart was for God! Or how filled with courage and faith :).

That Mary said Yes to God, and helped to give us the Greatest Gift we have ever received: Jesus.

Thank you Mary, we will always be so very grateful 🙂
