The Importance Of Human Touch :)

Jesus knew the importance of human touch. He hugged so many!

In the book, Heaven is for Real, Colton tells a story of meeting the sister that his mother miscarried. In it Colton says, “his sister ran to him and hugged him”

Even Jesus and Heaven recognized the importance of human touch.

But since Covid, how many are still hesitating to touch another. Sure, many hug those we know. But are we hugging or shaking hands with those we don’t know? Are we putting our hands on the shoulder of someone else to encourage or support them?

Touching another human being is a way of loving them. We can’t let our human fear stop us from loving other human beings as Jesus would. We can’t let fear rule us :).

God said so many times, Do Not Fear. So don’t let fear win, reach out and touch someone today!
