Have We Become Afraid To Say Jesus’s Name In Public?

“Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”- Mark 16:15

When did we become afraid to mention Jesus’s Name outside of our home or our churches? When did being afraid of “offending” someone become more important than helping to Save them?

Do we ever hear Jesus’s Name at work? At the grocery store? At the ball field?

And yet it is Jesus who has built the bridge between us and our Father-God. It is because of Jesus that the Holy Spirit is in us :). And it is because of Jesus that we get to go to Heaven.

How can we not say Jesus’s Name? How can we not share Jesus with others?

“Oh, to realize that souls, precious, never dying souls, are perishing all around us, going out into the blackness of darkness and despair, eternally lost, and yet to feel no anguish, shed no tears, know no travail! How little we know of the compassion of Jesus!”Oswald J. Smith, Evangelical Preacher, Missionary & Hymn Composer, Born in Toronto in 1890Share Jesus with someone today!

“You restore my weary soul”-Shelter Me, Mikhsi U’Magen

Psalm 91

My Refuge and My Fortress

1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
    will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress,
    my God, in whom I trust.”

For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler
    and from the deadly pestilence.
He will cover you with his pinions,
    and under his wings you will find refuge;
    his faithfulness is a shield and buckler.
You will not fear the terror of the night,
    nor the arrow that flies by day,
nor the pestilence that stalks in darkness,
    nor the destruction that wastes at noonday.

A thousand may fall at your side,
    ten thousand at your right hand,
    but it will not come near you.
You will only look with your eyes
    and see the recompense of the wicked
.

Because you have made the Lord your dwelling place—
    the Most High, who is my refuge—
10 no evil shall be allowed to befall you,
    no plague come near your tent.

11 For he will command his angels concerning you
    to guard you in all your ways.
12 On their hands they will bear you up,
    lest you strike your foot against a stone.
13 You will tread on the lion and the adder;
    the young lion and the serpent you will trample underfoot.

14 “Because he holds fast to me in love, I will deliver him;
    I will protect him, because he knows my name.
15 When he calls to me, I will answer him;
    I will be with him in trouble;
    I will rescue him and honor him.
16 With long life I will satisfy him
    and show him my salvation.”

Perfect Peace :)

Perfect Peace and Joy come from loving Jesus. We, all of us, carry so many burdens. And because we are human, we are easily overwhelmed and easily hurt. And we can easily become depressed and hopeless.

Jesus knows this and He understands. So if what we need is to lifted up and filled with God’s Perfect Peace, we need only ask the Holy Spirit. And God will lift us up from our worries and pain, because He loves us 🙂

Thank You God!

All Battles Belong To God: Rest In Jesus

“I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand.” – John 10:28

Nothing can separate us from the love of God. No war, no sin, and no storm. God will always love us!

But one of the enemies for us all, is often our fear. But the Battle is God’s, not our’s. No need to strive, no need to fear, for our “Lord” is near” – Timeless Hebrew Tunes

We can rest in Jesus, kn0wing that the Battle is God’s.

Compassion For The Lost!

“Oh, to realize that souls, precious, never dying souls, are perishing all around us, going out into the blackness of darkness and despair, eternally lost, and yet to feel no anguish, shed no tears, know no travail! How little we know of the compassion of Jesus!”

Oswald J. Smith, Evangelical Preacher, Missionary & Hymn Composer, Born in Toronto in 1890

Sadly, there are those who do not realize just how truly sad Jesus is when even one soul is lost, for Jesus Loves each one of us with a love that is truly beyond our understanding. When even one soul is lost, Jesus mourns that loss deeply.. His anguish at their suffering is more than we could ever bear. And His compassion for not only the lost, but those who love the lost, is incredible.

Praying that the Love for the Lost will fill our hearts the way it fills the Heart of Jesus is a really worthy prayer. To have a deep compassion for each one of the lost and those who love them, is something we should all seek. For it makes us more like Jesus Himself 🙂

Pray for the lost and those who love them. Be kind to all of them. And maybe, just maybe they will find their way 🙂

Our Lady’s Prophecy Fulfilled: Russia Is Spreading It’s Errors! Please Pray For All Ukrainians!

Ukrainian Child In Happier Times!

“If God is for us, who can be against us?” – Romans 8:31

Serving in the Ukraine Army are boys and girls as young as 18 and men and women as old as 60, can you imagine how they suffer? Or the children, with their parents gone to defend their country, these poor children have no idea whether their parents are alive or if they are lying wounded in the forest dying a slow death because the army unit left them behind. The mother who can not protect her child; the father who can not protect his family. the Grandparents who are doing so much more than they are able, and worrying for them all. They all suffer.

Tomorrow Presidents Trump and Putin will meet. And whether we like it or not, they may decide the future of the Ukranian people. Please pray for them both! It is time for peace! Will they make the peace? Only God knows.

“Thus says the Lord to you: ‘Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God’s.” – 2 Chronicles 20: 15

But know this, no matter what happens tomorrow or in the future: Those who accept Jesus as their Savior and Follow Him have already won!

“My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.” – John 10:29

No power on earth or elsewhere, can separate any of us from Jesus and His great love for us!

Focusing Our Time :)

“Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise,  making the best use of the time, because the days are evil.  Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is.”-Ephesians 5:15-17

We feel so busy, but we have more time than we think. What are we doing with it? Are we seeking God; are we setting a Christian example for our children; are we praying?

Time is God’s Gift to us; what we do with our time should be our gift to God 🙂
